Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: June 11, 2026

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern subscriptions taken out by professional businesses on the Bonivoo platform. Bonivoo is intended exclusively for professionals (B2B sales); subscriptions are not made by consumers.

2. Seller

Pawel MYSLIWIEC, sole trader (micro-enterprise) under the trade name Bonivoo — 90 avenue Marceau Hamecher, 82000 Montauban, France — SIRET 943 313 924 00020 — contact@bonivoo.com.

3. Plans and pricing

Bonivoo offers two plans: Starter, free (€0), and Pro, paid (€39.99/month or €399.99/year, i.e. two months free annually). VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code: prices are net, without VAT. The applicable prices are those displayed on the Pricing page at the time of subscription.

4. Trial period

The monthly Pro plan includes a free 14-day trial, with no commitment. The payment card is registered at subscription but is only charged at the end of the trial. The trial is granted only once per business.

5. Subscription and payment

Subscription and payments are processed via our provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd), by card. Payment occurs at subscription then automatically at each due date (monthly or annual). Bonivoo does not store card numbers, which are handled directly by Stripe.

6. Promotional codes

Discount codes may be offered. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when the business subscribes via a valid promotional link. A code may be limited in time or number of uses and is not combinable unless otherwise stated.

7. Renewal

The subscription is open-ended and renews automatically at each due date (monthly or annual), unless cancelled before the renewal date from the management area (Stripe customer portal).

8. Cancellation

The business may cancel at any time from its customer area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no pro-rata refund is made, except in cases of force majeure. No minimum commitment period is imposed.

9. Right of withdrawal

As subscriptions are made by professionals in the course of their business, the right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply. The free trial period nonetheless allows the service to be evaluated before any payment.

10. Invoicing

An invoice is issued for each payment and made available via the billing portal. The mention "VAT not applicable, Article 293 B" appears on invoices.

11. Pricing changes

Bonivoo may change its pricing. Any change is notified by email to subscribers at least 30 days before it takes effect, allowing them to cancel free of charge before the new pricing applies.

12. Customer service and claims

Support is available by email at contact@bonivoo.com. The Pro plan benefits from priority support. Any claim may be sent to this same address.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted, after an attempt at amicable resolution, to the competent French courts.
